Can you arrange finance for my business when I have no books or accounts?
Yes we have facilities to arrange finance even if a company or individual is unable to provide proof of income. Self-Certified business finance is an option we make available.
If I have already been turned down can you still provide me with finance?
Yes we can provide finance for businesses and individuals that more traditional lenders, such as their own bank has been unable to help with.
What if my credit history is less than perfect, i.e either my business or myself has County Court Judgements against us?
Again the chances are no matter what your circumstances we can arrange the appropriate business mortgage for you.
Do you only deal with difficult cases that other more traditional lenders have chosen not to deal with?
No we will arrange business finance for companies who have full or partial accounts and no unusual credit history. You will probably get a far better deal from the lender if your situation is more straightforward.
What interest rate will we be charged?
We will endeavour to provide you with the best possible rate that your circumstances will allow.
How long before I receive the funds applied for?
We can obtain an in principle decision in minutes and funds can be released within weeks.
Am I restricted as to what I use money raised for?
No, but obvious reasons are for business expansion, consolidating debt, cash flow, new equipment and machinery, purchasing more property. Basically it is yours to do what you want with.
Do I have to make an appointment to see you?
